Chichester College Group - 20 years on
Chichester College Group has been a Rossair-maintained estate for over 20 years, covering 11 campuses under one PPM agreement. Mechanical, electrical and building services scope. The 140kW heat pump installed from stock in 48 hours and the 2025 HVR Award for Innovative Project came out of this relationship. Rossair also supported Chichester College’s Condition Improvement Fund bid and delivered the funded works.
