Can Rossair provide BIM Level 2 deliverables?
Yes. BIM Level 2 design models and documentation are included as standard on all Rossair design projects. Deliverable format is agreed at project stage to match the client BIM execution plan, including golden-thread record requirements for higher-risk buildings under the Building Safety Act.
