Rossair delivers MEP installations without the consultant handoff. The in-house team carries mechanical design through to commissioning, producing Building Regulations compliance documentation and BIM Level 2 deliverables. Electrical installation work - power, lighting, distribution and containment - is delivered alongside the mechanical scope, including life safety systems: fire alarms, intruder alarms and lightning protection.
