Reactive and planned maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across our client estates in the South of England and London.
- Service, fault-find and repair split, VRF/VRV and close-control AC systems
- Planned preventative maintenance to SFG20 task schedules
- F-Gas compliant handling, leak testing and documentation
- Clear same-day job reporting from site
Mobile HVAC Maintenance Engineer
3-5 years experience · Full time
A broader building-services maintenance role covering HVAC, AHUs, ventilation and associated mechanical plant for long-term contract clients.
- Planned and reactive maintenance across HVAC and mechanical plant
- AHUs, ventilation, pumps, and water systems
- Diagnose and resolve faults on business-critical plant to SLA
- Build trusted relationships on named, long-term client sites
