The work
Rossair was engaged to develop the mechanical designs for a school extension featuring 10 science laboratories and a four-court sports facility. The installation included LTHW, supply and extract ventilation systems, heat recovery and combined heat and power, natural gas, HWS, CWS and sanitary ware.
Rossair also commissioned the sports hall natural ventilation systems, air conditioning, BMS, natural gas isolation systems and water storage. On completion the team provided two hard copies and two electronic copies of the mechanical and BMS O&M manuals including certification, a full set of mechanical and BMS record drawings, and all relevant system keys and codes.
