The work
Rossair removed redundant plant and HRUs from the roof, refurbished AHUs, installed new WC facilities, wall-mounted and ducted air conditioning units, modified smoke extract systems, and installed a new BMS system with controls. The project formed part of Next’s rollout of new shop designs across two years.

The challenge
The programme was shortened to 13 weeks to protect sales and Christmas trading. Rossair doubled the workforce and ran day-night shifts to meet the deadline.
