The work
Rossair was engaged to remove and replace R22 air conditioning units across M&S locations nationwide. The Watford installation involved replacing a roof-mounted chiller and refurbishing four air-conditioning handling units along with their controls and supporting systems.
Documentation provided upon completion included operations and maintenance manuals and as-installed drawings.
The challenge
Delays in plant deliveries were addressed by expanding workforce capacity to maintain the project schedule.
