Rossair provided design-and-build concept development to commercial CAT A new build for 53 Great Suffolk Street, London - a sensitive refurbishment and extension of a Victorian warehouse.
Scope of work encompassed design services, mechanical drawings, HVAC systems, gas installations, water management, domestic facilities (toilet cores and shower rooms), sanitary installations, BREEAM water leak detection, building management systems, thermal insulation, trace heating, dry risers, combustion flues and commissioning.
