Service Scope
Rossair has managde & maintained the contract since 2015 covering all of the electrical &
mechanical systems of the air conditioning, hot & cold water systems, building infrastructure
including air handling units, BMS controls.
Rossair complete planned preventative maintenance on a monthly basis to include out of hours
works as necessary so as to limit inconvenience to the customer.
