The work
Rossair provides comprehensive maintenance across multiple systems: air conditioning chillers, boilers and 4-pipe fan coils, VRF systems, air handling units, water treatment, electrical systems and emergency lighting, commercial kitchen equipment, mains drainage, and general building and handyman services.
Three full-time site-based engineers are on the contract. Rossair completes planned preventative maintenance on a daily basis to include out-of-hours works as necessary so as to limit inconvenience to the customer. 24/7 reactive response is available 365 days yearly, with business-critical response within 4 hours.
