The work
The Deluxe facility spans three floors containing office space, editing suites, break-out areas, commercial kitchen space and a comms room. The structure underwent complete refurbishment two years prior through collaboration between a main building contractor and Rossair’s projects team.
Rossair now manages and maintains all electrical and mechanical systems including air conditioning, hot water systems, building infrastructure, air handling units and BMS controls. Bi-annual planned preventative maintenance is provided, including out-of-hours work to minimise customer disruption. 24/7 reactive response is guaranteed 365 days annually, with business-critical response within 4 hours.
