Oxford’s art house Curzon cinema boasts five screens with luxury
seating, a 6,000sq ft. reception area featuring two bars, a pizzeria, and
members’ lounge. The cinema is the first to be located in a shopping
center for the London-based chain.

The Work:
Commissioned by iSpace to design, build and concept develop HVAC,
domestic services and public health areas (toilet cores, bars and
kitchen.)
Work included installation of Sanitaryware, BREEAM refrigerant and water leak
detection, kitchen extract, thermal insulation, commissioning, chlorination, plant
supports and movement, provision of record documentation.
