London – a sensitive refurbishment and extension of a Victorian
warehouse.

The Work:
The work comprised, design and build concept development and mechanical
working drgs development. HVAC; gas, surface/rainwater. Provision of domestic
services: toilet cores and shower rooms. Public Health: toilet cores, shower
rooms & above ground drainage and sanitary ware installation. Installation of
BREEAM water leak detection, building management system, thermal insulation;
trace heating, dry risers, combustion flues and commissioning. Chlorination
plant supports plant movement and provision of record documentation
