Rossair took over the buildings maintenance contract two years ago since when we have worked closely with the client to upgrad the level of service with three full-time site based engineers, looking after all aspects of maintenance.
Rossair fully manage & maintain all aspects of the building: Air conditioning chillers, boilers and 4-pipe fan coils, VRF systems, air handling units, water treatment, electrical systems, emergency lighting and commercial kitchen equipment, mains drainage and general building and handy man services.
Rossair complete planned preventative maintenance on a daily basis to include out-of-hours works as necessary so as to limit inconvenience to the customer.
