The building was fully refurbished 2 years ago, in partnership with a Main building
contractor and Rossair projects team as the mechanical specialist, putting together a full
design and build service resulting in a modern, bright, & dynamic working environment.
Service Scope Rossair took over the buildings maintenance contract two years ago since

Rossair fully manage & maintain all of the electrical mechanical systems aspects of the
air conditioning, hot water systems, building infrastructure including air handling units,
and BMS controls.
Rossair complete planned preventative maintenance on a bi-annual basis to include out
of hours works as necessary so as to limit inconvenience to the customer.
