The Work
In July 2014, Rossair was commissioned by Marks & Spencer to help them to remove and replace all existing R22 air conditioning units from its stores nationwide.
Rossair replaced an existing roof mounted chiller and refurbished four air-conditioning handling units including controls and ancillaries replacements at its Watford store.
On completion of the works, in September 2014, a full O&M manual and “as installed drawings” were provided to the client.
The challenges
Delays of some plant deliveries were overcome by increasing the workforce to ensure timely project delivery.
