Rossair was engaged on various projects throughout the Science Park, including the design and build of plant rooms and complete Cat B fit out of buildings. All shell and core electrical works were undertaken along with HVAC design and build projects and the installation of six boiler rooms.
The successful works resulted in ongoing repeat business with the park.
